New Start for Intrepid: Intrepid Inc., an Irvine real estate development company, has acquired California ASIC Technical Services Inc. in a stock transaction. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Intrepid has changed its name to that of the acquired company, California ASIC Technical Services, and is now trading over the counter under the new symbol CATZ.
