Honda Acura Prices Up as Much as 9.8%: American Honda Motor Co.’s Acura luxury car division is implementing the increases on its 1994 models because of new standard equipment and the stronger Japanese yen against the U.S. dollar. The price of the Acura Integra sedan is 9.8% higher than the previous model’s, while the Acura Legend is up 5% and the Acura Vigor is 4.2% more than final 1993 prices, the Torrance-based division said. Acura also increased the price of its Integra coupe by another 1.3%, after raising prices by more than 11% in July. Both the Integra coupe and sedan are new designs for 1994. Prices of the 1994 Legend coupe and NSX sports car will be announced later, Honda said.
