Plaza Home Mortgage Names Senior V.P.
Richard Corrigan has been appointed senior vice president and internal audit director for Plaza Home Mortgage Corp. in Santa Ana. Before joining the mortgage banking company in January, Corrigan spent more than 16 years with United California Savings Bank in Santa Ana. In addition, Patti Dodge has been appointed senior vice president and controller. She joined Plaza in late 1990 after serving as vice president and chief financial officer for University Savings Bank.
* Mark Bolton has been appointed director of marketing for the Newport Beach Marriott Suites. He was previously Western regional director of transient sales. Bolton, who began his career with Marriott in 1978, has also served as front office manager for the Torrance Marriott and sales manager at Marriott’s Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert.
* Don Artinger has been appointed national sales manager for Urethane Technologies Inc. in Irvine. He will be responsible for domestic sales of the company’s polyurethane technology systems and proprietary chemical compounds. Artinger has worked since 1966 in sales, marketing and sales management of urethanes and chemicals at Miles Inc. (formerly Mobay), Olin Corp. and Flexible Products Inc. Most recently, he worked as an independent sales representative specializing in urethanes.
* Julian Chavez, Jeff Dunnigan and Roger Weninger have been promoted to senior manager posts in the Orange County office of Ernst & Young. All were previously managers with the professional services firm. Chavez and Weninger specialize in taxes, and Dunnigan is with the audit department.
* Ralph Williams III has been appointed vice president of business development, Orange County division, for Real Estate Disposition Corp., an Irvine real estate auction marketing company. He joined the company in 1991 as a project manager and was promoted to account executive.
* Greg Hawkins has been appointed vice president of field sales for Ingram Micro Inc., a Santa Ana wholesale distributor of computer products. Hawkins joined the company in 1989 as director of marketing. He was later appointed vice president of major accounts.
