Share

You can take a bite out of the Biltmore Hotel--or perhaps you would prefer a taste of the newly renovated Central Library--at “Crossroads L.A.,” a public party Oct. 17 celebrating the Los Angeles Conservancy’s 15th anniversary.

Cakes fashioned into the shapes of 18 Los Angeles landmarks, including the Biltmore, the library and the Music Center, will be prime features at the celebration at Union Station, 800 N. Alameda St.

Champagne will be served with pieces of the edible sculptures. The celebration, which begins at 4 p.m., also includes tours of Union Station, music by local performers, food by local eateries and informational displays by about 30 local and historical organizations.
