Fast Food, Slow Remodel: In-N-Out Burger’s move to Irvine from Baldwin Park, originally planned for October, has been delayed until early next year, according to company spokesman Carl G. Van Fleet.

The company, which now operates nearly 90 fast-food restaurants, had planned to move to new headquarters in a building near the UC Irvine campus this fall. But the move was postponed because the remodeling process is taking longer than anticipated. The new target date is early February, Van Fleet said.
