Arco Gets OK to Export California Crude: The Commerce Department has granted a one-year export license to Arco Oil and Gas Co.--the oil and gas exploration and production division of Los Angeles-based Atlantic Richfield Co. that operates in all U.S. states except Alaska. The license allows Arco to sell up to 25,000 barrels a day of California heavy crude oil in 30 overseas countries, primarily in the Far East, according to Arco.
