Firm Gets to HomeBase: HomeBase, the Fullerton-based chain of home improvement warehouses, has chosen International Communications Group in Los Angeles to help it buy broadcast time. The company formerly used JLP Media in New York to handle its purchase of TV and radio air time. HomeBase also said Tuesday that it will announce next week the name of the ad agency it has selected to handle the creative portion of its $15-million to $20-million account.
