Marine National Bank Names Manager of New Mortgage Unit

Christopher S. Bull has been appointed manager for Marine National Bank’s new mortgage department. The new department will be based at the bank’s Newport Center office in Newport Beach. Before his appointment, Bull was an officer of the Lomas and Nettleton Real Estate Investment Banking division. Before that, he was with Mason, McDuffie Commercial Mortgage Banking.

* Pamela Reis, an executive vice president of First Interstate Bank of California, has been appointed manager of the bank’s Southern area, which covers Orange County and Southern Los Angeles County. She succeeds Jaynie Studenmund, who has been appointed manager of the Los Angeles area. Reis was previously manager of First Interstate Bancorp’s retail marketing function.

* Susan Luehrs has been promoted to vice president, director of marketing, for Bank of Newport. She has been with the Newport Beach bank since 1985.
