* Etienne Droulez has joined Clothestime Inc. as director of management information services, responsible for the Anaheim clothing retailer’s information systems. Before joining Clothestime, Droulez was an assistant to the chairman of the Price Club, where he participated in the launching of an interactive shopping and mail-order system. He has also served as senior manager for KPMG Peat Marwick.
