Laser Precision Corp.: The San Juan Capistrano manufacturer of test and measurement instruments and systems said its profit for the third quarter totaled $210,000, or 4 cents a share. That was down 59% from earnings of $515,000, or 11 cents a share, for the third quarter of 1992. Revenue declined 5% to $5.9 million from $6.2 million. For the nine-month period, profit was $366,000, or 7 cents a share, compared to profit of $540,000, or 11 cents a share, for the same period last year. Nine-month revenue was $17.7 million, up from $16.1 million.
