Memorial Gifts to Benefit Ted Watkins’ Programs
The family of Watts activist Ted Watkins Sr., who died Monday, has asked that any memorial contributions be made to the Ted Watkins Memorial Fund to benefit his assistance programs for senior citizens, young people and the homeless.
A spokesman said Wednesday that checks should be made out to WLCAC and sent to the Watts Labor Community Action Committee, 10950 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles, Calif. 90059.
