That contrasted with a profit of $59,000, or 1 cent a share, for the 1992 third quarter. Revenue dropped 43% to $2.5 million from $4.4 million. For the first nine months of the year, the company recorded a loss of $1.8 million, or 35 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $515,000, or 10 cents a share, for the same period in 1992.
