On the March: Campus Crusade for Christ, based in Orlando, Fla., just leased 27,493 square feet of space from the city of San Clemente in a six-year deal valued at $2.8 million.

The transaction is the city’s largest office lease to date, said Kumi Johnson,purchasing agent for the city. San Clemente bought the building, called the Rancho San Clemente Corporate Center, for $3.2 million in June. The city occupies about 25% of the building.

Campus Crusade is consolidating offices it now operates in Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo and San Bernardino.
