39 Vietnamese Killed

HANOI —
At least 39 Vietnamese were killed and 60 were injured when a fire erupted as a crowd tried to steal fuel from a burst gasoline pipeline about 60 miles east of Hanoi, the state-run Vietnam News Agency reported.
