Merrill Lynch & Co. said it reached a proposed $6-million settlement of a class-action lawsuit involving a real estate limited partnership. . . . The National Assn. of Securities Dealers ordered a San Antonio broker to pay $1.05 million to a 79-year-old widow for failing to pay her for securities he sold from her account. The fine is believed to be the biggest ever against an individual broker. . . . Westwood One and Infinity Broadcasting said they have reached agreement for Westwood One to buy the radio network business of Unistar Radio Networks Inc. for about $101.3 million. . . . National Medical Enterprises has sold two former psychiatric facilities in Ft. Worth and Tucson, Ariz., to Vencor Inc.
