The Clinton Administration is releasing $130 million in federal aid to help the homeless and needy.

The money is available through the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Emergency Food and Shelter National Board program, the White House announced Wednesday.

The program disburses money to agencies that serve the disadvantaged in communities around the nation that are deemed the most needy.
