Luther Medical Products Inc.: The Tustin manufacturer of catheter products reported a net loss of $89,125, or 3 cents a share, for its fiscal 1994 first quarter, contrasted with net income of $21,885, or 1 cent a share, for the comparable period last year. Quarterly revenue fell 12%, to $921,097 from $1.04 million. The company attributed the decline to lower sales to its main distributor.
