N.J. Company to Move to Southland: Aurora Impex Corp., an office machinery subsidiary of the Taiwanese conglomerate Aurora Group, will complete a $15-million relocation of its U.S headquarters to Torrance from New Jersey by the end of the year, Gov. Pete Wilson’s office announced. The new office and warehouse complex will employ 100, most of whom will be new hires from the Los Angeles area, said Paul Kranhold, the governor’s spokesman. The Aurora Group has businesses in automation, electronics, fast food, telecommunications and real estate.
