ICS Sale Complete: Computer Marketplace Inc., a Corona computer equipment distributor, on Tuesday completed the purchase of certain assets of International Computer Sales for an undisclosed amount.

ICS, an 8-year-old private company based in the city of Orange, purchases, sells and leases computer equipment. The acquisition is expected to add $1 million in sales to Computer Marketplace, according to a company spokeswoman.

Computer Marketplace’s stock dropped 25 cents a share in Nasdaq trading Tuesday, closing at $8.75 per share.
