Doctor Innocent in Molestation Case

CARSON CITY, Nev. —
Oral surgeon Gregory Minton was found innocent Tuesday of charges that he molested women patients while they were anesthetized.
After more than 30 hours of deliberations, a 10-woman, two-man jury found Minton innocent of three counts of sexual assault and six counts of lewdness. Jurors deadlocked on three other lewdness counts; District Judge Archie Blake then acquitted Minton of those charges.
