Monrovia : Chamber of Commerce Contract Approved
The City Council has renewed the Chamber of Commerce’s contract to promote Monrovia.
Council members last week approved the contract at a cost of $30,500 a year for 1993-94 and 1994-95.
In return, the chamber will provide promotional services such as recruiting businesses and answering inquiries from potential residents. The chamber budget this year is $165,000, primarily from membership fees.
