Advanced Photonix Raises $2.8 Million in Warrants

Advanced Photonix Inc., a Camarillo maker of devices that convert light into electronic signals, said it raised more than $2.8 million through the exercise of common stock warrants.

The 934,000 warrants were redeemed Nov. 19 at the price of $3 per share.
