NAME GAME: Great Western Bank, based in Chatsworth, might lose its association with the Forum of the same name in Inglewood now that Los Angeles Kings owner Bruce McNall plans to build a new arena. . . . NO FEVER YET: International soccer officials draw the matchups Sunday for next summer’s World Cup, a sporting spectacular making its first U.S. appearance, with a world TV audience of 500 million. . . . But so far, World Cup merchandise isn’t moving at Valley stores. “We expect it to pick up after February,” said Dave Salzman, assistant manager of Champs in Northridge.
