* Stuart P. Browne has joined Satellite Technology Management Inc. in the newly created position of vice president, Asia/Pacific. He will establish an office in Hawaii and manage a sales and technical organization for Satellite Technology, a manufacturer of satellite and radio communications products. Browne was previously a sales manager with SSE Technologies based in Fremont. Before that, he was business development manager at Skycom/SkySwitch, vice president at First Interstate Bank Services Co. and chief of telecommunications planning for the state of Alaska.
