LANCASTER HERO: A 17-year-old boy was described as a hero Sunday after he was shot to death while trying to protect two teen-age girls at a party (B1). . . . Authorities said Rayshaun Love was shot by another teen-age boy who was upset because someone spilled beer on his shoe. Love’s mother said she had moved her family to the Antelope Valley three years ago to escape the violence of their old neighborhood in Central Los Angeles.
