Dollar Rent A Car Moving Its Headquarters: The car rental company will move its 85-member executive staff to Tulsa, Okla., from El Segundo next summer. Dollar, which is owned by a Chrysler Corp. subsidiary, said the move will consolidate its executive offices with the company’s accounting and reservations departments, which were relocated to Tulsa in 1991.
