* Roberto Cruz Lozano has been appointed to the newly created position of sales director for Mexico and the Caribbean for Satellite Technology Management Inc., a Costa Mesa manufacturer of satellite and radio communications products. He will be located in a new sales office in Mexico City. Lozano was formerly major accounts sales manager with Programatic Ericsson.
