Parole was denied again for former Charles Manson family members Patricia Krenwinkel and Leslie Van Houten, who were convicted of murder in the 1969 Tate-LaBianca slayings.

At a brief hearing Wednesday, the state Board of Prison Terms denied parole for the 11th time for Krenwinkel, 46. She will be eligible for parole again in three years, said Elizabeth Tanaka, thie board’s administrative assistant.

The board denied parole a 10th time for Van Houten, 44, who will not be eligible again for two years.

The three-member board determined both had not accepted “the gravity” of the slayings, Tanaka said.

Actress Sharon Tate, 26, then eight months pregnant, was stabbed and hanged Aug. 9, 1969, at the Beverly Hills home she shared with her movie director husband, Roman Polanski. Four others with her were stabbed and shot.

One night later, wealthy grocer Leno LaBianca and his wife, Rosemary, were fatally stabbed in their Los Feliz home. At both homes, walls were smeared with bloody scrawlings.
