Helionetics OKs Assets Deal

Irvine’s Helionetics Inc. said Tuesday that it has reached an agreement to purchase assets and assume liabilities of New York-based Kerby Saunders-Warkol Inc., doing business as JWP Mechanical Services, a subsidiary of JWP Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. JWP Mechanical Services maintains and repairs high-technology and energy-saving products. Helionetics makes power equipment and computer products for the health-care and defense industries.
