Jefferson 48, Locke 42--Jackie Leverett had 15 points to help the Democrats pull away in the fourth quarter of the Southeastern Conference game Wednesday. Chaka Smith and Kyetra Brown scored 12 points each for Jefferson. South Gate 50, Bell 23--Ruby Maciel had 24 points to pace the Rams to a Southeastern Conference victory Wednesday. Maciel, the only player in double figures for either team, also had six assists and nine rebounds. Pilgrim 47, Viewpoint 31--Glenda Sino-Cruz scored 20 points Wednesday as Pilgrim won its second consecutive Heritage League game.
