Ex-Fugitive Is Sentenced

ALEXANDRIA, Va. —
A man who surrendered after 20 years on the run and pleaded guilty to a 1973 airplane hijacking to Cuba was sentenced Friday to 30 years in prison. U.S. District Judge Claude Hilton sentenced William W. Graham, 39, after accepting the guilty plea to one count of air piracy.
