FUTURE SHOCK?
Patt Morrison is concerned about treatment of birthmarks under future health plans. She needn’t worry; she would be treated under any of the proposed plans. But she should worry whether the Clinton plan, with its governmental red tape, will encourage the development of the technology with which she was treated. Many of us believe it will not.
