No Reason to Gripe

Re: Jan. 22 article concerning a woman’s run-around through the FEMA maze. I find it incredulous that somebody who was getting something for free and getting emergency aid would complain about the paperwork and other requirements for filling stuff out. It appears that she wants something for nothing and is expecting everything to be given to her.
There was a closing statement on B-8 where she said, “This is quite a stress on me. I thought it was their duty to provide something faster than this.” It’s not their duty; she’s getting federal aid for nothing.
