ICU Medical Inc.

The Irvine maker of medical devices posted a 1993 profit of $3.3 million, or 45 cents a share, down from the $4.9 million, or 70 cents a share, for the prior year. The 1992 figure included a gain of $941,000 related to the company’s Chapter 11 reorganization. Sales rose 12% to $11.4 million. For the fourth quarter, profit totaled $1.1 million, or 15 cents share, on sales of $3.6 million. That compares with a profit of $1.1 million, or 15 cents a share, on sales of $2.7 million for the 1992 fourth quarter.
