PacifiCare Health Systems: The Cypress-based health maintenance organization said Thursday that it has chosen Ketchum Advertising in Los Angeles to handle its account, which has an estimated value of $8 million to $10 million. “We are looking for this agency to solidify our brand and launch it on a national scope,” said Ellen Santoni, advertising manager for PacifiCare. The HMO operates in six states now. Its account had been handled by Santa Ana-based Baxter Stone.
