Ritz Rave
In response to William Adams’ letter about the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel (Jan. 23), we have a house three blocks from the Ritz. We walk over every other day to enjoy the flowers and ambience. The manager and the staff couldn’t be nicer. When we have visitors, we get reservations for them at this fabulous resort. The average room is no more costly than any fine hotel. The Ritz is a landmark in our area and we love it!

I couldn’t believe the “Ritz Reaction” letter! We have stayed there twice a year since it opened. It did not cost us $1,003.05. The staff was wonderful and don’t forget--when Laguna was on fire, the Ritz took in people who lost their homes and pets. We love the Ritz.
