Bank of America Restores Accounts: The bank said the accounts of San Diego area customers whose transaction records were lost in an airplane crash Monday were fully credited by late Tuesday. Up to 35,000 retail and customer accounts were affected when the Pacific Air Charter flight crashed in the ocean off San Diego, killing the pilot and destroying deposit and withdrawal slips, checks and other records heading to a data processing center.
