Fullerton bought the one-story building from a Christian Science group called High Haven, which used it as religious retreat. . . . Kaufman & Broad has purchased 202 housing lots in Foothill Ranch, where it will develop two single-family neighborhoods. Kaufman & Broad already has two developments in Foothill Ranch: the Vintage Gallery, a 76-home neighborhood which is sold out, and California Parke, a 111-home neighborhood that is 64% sold.
