Chaltiel Leaves Abbey Healthcare

Abbey Healthcare Group Inc. said Monday that Victor M.G. Chaltiel has resigned from its board of directors and is no longer associated with the company. The company said last week that its chairman, Timothy M. Aitken, had replaced Chaltiel as president and chief executive. At the time, Abbey said that Chaltiel’s role with the company was “under discussion.” The company offered no further comment.
