Styles on Video Completes Stock Purchase of Dycam

Styles on Video Inc. in Canoga Park said it completed the purchase of Dycam Inc., a Chatsworth company that makes digital cameras for use with computers, for about $5 million in stock.

Styles, a computer-imaging concern, said acquiring Dycam enables it to take advantage of emerging interactive, multimedia technologies. Styles also said it intends to file a registration statement with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed stock offering of up to 1 million shares.

The company intends to file the registration statement within 45 days.
