Recall the Benefits
Thank you for exposing the amount of hard-earned money going to a group of county officials who are stuffing their pockets with money that we so badly need in this county for schools, libraries, welfare and low-cost housing (“County Officials’ Benefits Top $300,000,” Feb. 6).
It’s obscene to say the least. I think they should all be recalled with the exception of Vicky Howard and John Flynn, who seem to have some sensibility to be aware of the problem.
If some of these people were out of work and had to find a job in the private sector, they would have a hard time earning $25,000 a year.
