PenUltimate Inc.: The Irvine software company said it lost $651,534, or 70 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, compared to a net loss of $314,089, or 40 cents a share, for the like period a year earlier. First-half operations resulted in a loss of $1.4 million, or $1.55 a share, compared to a loss of $484,098, or 63 cents a share, for the first half of the previous year. The company reported revenue of $22,493 for the second quarter and $47,500 for the six-month period. No revenue was recorded for the corresponding periods in 1992.
