Holiday Closings

Today is Presidents’ Day. The following schedule will be in effect:

* City, county and federal offices will be closed. Westminster city offices will remain open, however.

* County, state and federal courthouses will be closed.

* City and county libraries will be closed.

* Banks and savings and loans will be closed.

* Schools, colleges and universities will be closed. Chapman University will be open.

* Mail: There will be no postal service.

* Trash: Will be collected on its regular schedule.

* Buses: OCTA buses and special service transit will run on regular schedule.

* Parks: All city- and county-run parks will be open during regular hours.
