Litton Systems Inc. Guidance and Control Systems Division of Woodland Hills won a $5.3-million contract from Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., for instruments and laboratory equipment. Litton Systems also won a $1.7-million contract from Tinker Air Force Base for 60 inertial navigation units or instruments and laboratory equipment.
