Executive Assets Corp.: The Irvine-based outplacement and management consultant has been sold to Right Associates, a human resources and management consultant in Philadelphia. The Irvine company, which had four employees, will move into Fluor Corp.’s office complex. Its owner, Peter Leets, joins Right Associates as senior vice president of key executive services for the Los Angeles region. Right Associates has more than 100 offices in cities worldwide. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
