* Mike Wallace has joined the Dana Point Resort as restaurant chef for its Watercolors Restaurant. He was previously sous-chef at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Wallace has also worked as chef de partie for Le Marignac Restaurant in Grand Lancy, Switzerland, and as chef de partie of the Ramada Renaissance Hotel in Geneva, Switzerland.
