Unilab Buys Assets of Diagnostic Laboratory

Unilab Corp. has acquired the assets of the St. Joseph’s Diagnostic Laboratory of the St. Joseph’s Hospital of Orange, Calif., for an undisclosed price. The laboratory has annual sales of $2.4 million.

Tarzana-based Unilab is a laboratory-testing service with facilities throughout California and in Europe.
