Miller Time: Orange County Lawyer magazine, a publication of the Bar Assn., has hired Jeremy Miller as its first paid editor. Miller teaches at Western State College of Law’s Fullerton campus and previously wrote a column for the Daily Journal, a law trade publication based in Los Angeles.

Winston Frost, former editor, left Orange County Lawyer early this year after an editorial he wrote caused an outcry from the legal community. Frost quoted the Bible in his essay, leading to criticism that religion and law should not be discussed in the same context.
