We are delighted that First Interstate Bank wants to invest $14 million in our community. Our corporation welcomes as much help as we can get because for too long we have been the single largest developer in this area.

First Interstate Bank has the plan and option on the land for redevelopment. Everybody knows a bird in the hand is better than two in the bush!
