Allergan Inc.: The company said Monday that it has formed a joint venture with a manufacturer of eye-care products based in Bombay, India. Nicholas Piramal India Limited and Allergan will market in India a range of ophthalmic and contact lens care products. Allergan, based in Irvine, would not disclose the financial terms of the agreement.
